Mānuka honey is made by bees that forage on the flowers of the mānuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium). The bush grows wild in New Zealand’s remote hills and high country. It flowers for only a few weeks each summer, which makes every harvest small and precious.
From our base in Timaru, between the Southern Alps and the Pacific, we work with trusted beekeepers and registered processors to bring this distinctive monofloral honey to customers worldwide, with its rich, earthy taste and its quality intact.
